(1) (2) A direct appeal may be taken from District Court to Circuit Court from any final action of the District Court. The Circuit Court may issue all writs necessary in aid of its appellate jurisdiction, or the complete determination of any cause within its appellate jurisdiction. Effective: January 2, 1978 History: Created 1976 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 14, sec. 482, effective January 2, 1978.
