The racing commission or its staff shall, upon request, be given access, for review and audit, to all records and financial information of the hub operator, including all account information. The racing commission may require that the hub operator annually submit to the racing commission audited financial statements. Effective: July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky.
