230.555 Equine Industry Advisory Commission.

(1) (2) (3) (4) The president of the University of Louisville shall appoint an Equine Industry Advisory Commission composed of five (5) members who are Kentucky citizens and at least three (3) of whom shall be representatives of the Kentucky equine industry. One (1) of these appointees shall be designated chairman of the commission. Their terms shall be for four (4) years or until their successors are named. The Equine Industry Advisory Commission shall make recommendations to the president for development of a comprehensive equine industry program. The Equine Industry Advisory Commission members shall not be compensated for their time but expenses may be reimbursed from the Equine Industry Program trust and revolving fund. Staff services for the Equine Industry Advisory Commission shall be provided by the University of Louisville. Effective: July 15, 1986 History: Created 1986 Ky.
