The board shall provide to the endowment trust, by agreement, administrative and clerical support and office facilities and space. Reasonable charges or fees may be levied against the endowment trust pursuant to the agreement for the services provided by the board, the provision of office space and clerical and administrative support being deemed and declared to be provided for a valid public purpose of the Commonwealth. Effective: July 14, 1992 History: Amended 1992 Ky. Acts ch. 190, sec. 5, effective July 14, 1992. -- Created 1988 Ky. Acts ch. 88, sec. 4, effective July 15, 1988.
