432.520 Witness may be required to testify in prosecution under KRS 432.510 -Immunity. In any prosecution under KRS 432.510, no witness shall be excused from testifying on the ground that his testimony may incriminate himself. But, no such testimony shall be used against him in any prosecution except for perjury, and he shall be discharged from all liability for any violation of KRS 432.510 necessarily disclosed in his testimony.
