431.550 Penalty for KRS 431.510 to 431.545. Any person who violates any provisions of KRS 431.510 to 431.545 not otherwise punishable by law or statute shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor for the first offense, and guilty of a Class D felony for each additional offense. History: Created 1976 Ky. Acts ch. 2, sec. 9.
