407.59015 Full faith and credit. Interstate and intrastate child support or family support orders shall be given full faith and credit by the Commonwealth of Kentucky as specified in 28 U.S.C. sec. 1738B. Effective: March 23, 1998 History: Contingent effective date repealed 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 101, sec. 20, effective March 23, 1998. -- Created 1996 Ky. Acts ch. 365, sec. 62, effective upon contingency.
