407.5501 Employer's receipt of income-withholding order of another state. An income-withholding order issued in another state may be sent to the person or entity defined as the obligor's employer under the income-withholding law of this state without first filing a petition or comparable pleading or registering the order with a tribunal of this state. Effective: March 23, 1998 History: Amended 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 101, sec. 8, effective March 23, 1998.-Contingent effective date repealed 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 101, sec. 20, effective March 23, 1998. -- Created 1996 Ky. Acts ch. 365, sec. 44, effective upon contingency.
