407.5318 Assistance with discovery. A tribunal of this state may: (1) Request a tribunal of another state to assist in obtaining discovery; and (2) Upon request, compel a person over whom it has jurisdiction to respond to a discovery order issued by a tribunal of another state. Effective: March 23, 1998 History: Contingent effective date repealed 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 101, sec. 20, effective March 23, 1998. -- Created 1996 Ky. Acts ch. 365, sec. 41, effective upon contingency.
