407.5308 Duty of Cabinet for Health and Family Services in regard to provision of services by contracting official. If the Cabinet for Health and Family Services determines that a contracting official is neglecting or refusing to provide services to an individual, the Cabinet for Health and Family Services may order that official to perform his duties under KRS 407.5101 to 407.5902 or may provide those services directly to the individual. Effective: June 20, 2005 History: Amended 2005 Ky. Acts ch. 99, sec. 643, effective June 20, 2005. -- Amended 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 426, sec. 595, effective July 15, 1998.-- Contingent effective date repealed 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 101, sec. 20, effective March 23, 1998. -- Created 1996 Ky.
