386.805 Powers of trustee conferred by trust or by law. (1) (2) The trustee has all powers conferred upon him by the provisions of this chapter unless limited in the trust instrument. An instrument which is not a trust under KRS 386.800(1) may incorporate any part of KRS 386.805 to 386.840 by reference. History: Created 1976 Ky. Acts ch. 218, sec. 45.
