329.020 Examiner to use recording instrument. Every examiner shall use an instrument which records permanently and simultaneously the subject's cardiovascular and respiratory patterns as minimum standards, but such an instrument may record additional physiological changes pertinent to the detection of deception. The patterns required as minimum standards will be recorded throughout the entire period of any detection of deception test. Effective: June 17, 1978 History: Amended 1978 Ky.
