323A.190 Compensation of board members. Each member of the board shall receive an amount not to exceed one hundred dollars (0) for each day or part thereof spent in the performance of his official duties, including time spent in necessary travel. In addition, each member of the board shall be reimbursed for all necessary and proper traveling and incidental expenses incurred in connection with his duties.
