304.99-115 Penalty for violation of KRS 304.12-013. Any person who violates KRS 304.12-013(4)(d) shall be fined not less than fifty dollars () nor more than one hundred dollars (0). Each violation shall constitute a separate offense. Effective: July 13, 1990 History: Created 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 443, sec. 56, effective July 13, 1990.
