304.99-110 Penalty for violation of Subtitle 12. Any person violating KRS 304.12-140 shall be punished by a fine of not more than two hundred fifty dollars (0) or by imprisonment of not more than ninety (90) days, or both; and if he or she holds a license from the commissioner, he or she shall forfeit the same. The Circuit Court of Franklin County on complaint by any person that KRS 304.12-140 is being violated, may issue an injunction against such violation and may hold in contempt and punish therefor in case of disregard of such injunction.
