304.99-080 Penalty for violation of Subtitle 20. Whoever violates KRS 304.20-160(6) or 304.20-180 shall upon conviction be punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars (0). Effective: July 15, 1980 History: Created 1980 Ky. Acts ch. 313, sec. 6, effective July 15, 1980.
