304.99-070 Penalties for violation of KRS 304.32-300 and 304.32-320. (1) (2) Any private employer who is subject to the provisions of KRS 304.32-300 and who fails to purchase a conversion health insurance policy as required by subsection (1) shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars (0) nor more than one thousand dollars (,000), and each day that a private employer fails to purchase a conversion policy as required herein shall constitute a separate offense. Any private employer who is subject to the provisions of KRS 304.32-320 and who fails to give to the Department of Insurance the notice therein required shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars (0) nor more than five hundred dollars (0). Each day that an employer fails to give notice after the date on which notice is required shall constitute a separate offense. Effective: July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky.
