304.50-160 Annual report of commissioner. Annually on or before the fifteenth day of December, the commissioner shall make a report to the Governor and the Interim Joint Committees of Banking and Insurance and Labor and Industry on the status of workers' compensation self-insured groups. Effective: July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 24, sec. 1648, effective July 15, 2010. -- Created 2005 Ky. Acts ch. 7, sec. 32, effective March 1, 2005.
