304.50-070 Agent of workers' compensation self-insured group -- License required -- Appointment of agent optional. (1) (2) An agent of a workers’ compensation self-insured group shall be licensed as an agent with casualty line of authority in accordance with Subtitle 9 of this chapter. Workers’ compensation self-insured groups shall not be required to appoint agents. Effective: March 1, 2005 History: Created 2005 Ky. Acts ch. 7, sec. 14, effective March 1, 2005.
