304.50-065 Notification of change in information. A workers’ compensation self-insured group shall notify the commissioner immediately of any material change in the information required to be filed under this subtitle or in the manner of its compliance with KRS Chapter 342. Effective: July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 24, sec. 1635, effective July 15, 2010. -- Created 2005 Ky. Acts ch. 7, sec. 13, effective March 1, 2005.
