304.20-450 Application of KRS 304.20-400 to 304.20-440. KRS 304.20-400 to 304.20-440 shall apply to all motor vehicle insurance policies issued or renewed after January 1, 1987. Effective: July 15, 1986 History: Created 1986 Ky. Acts ch. 352, sec. 7, effective July 15, 1986.
