304.20-240 Application of KRS 304.20-200 to 304.20-250. KRS 304.20-200 to 304.20-250 shall apply to all policies of fire insurance, excluding policies on single-family dwellings, delivered, issued for delivery, or renewed after July 15, 1980. Each insurer authorized to do business in this state shall notify its insureds of the provisions of KRS 304.20-200 to 304.20-250 upon issuance or renewal of policies of fire insurance covering real estate located in this state.
