304.20-180 Intentional refusal or failure to provide information prohibited. (1) (2) (3) No person, insurer or authorized agency shall intentionally or knowingly refuse to release any information requested pursuant to KRS 304.20-160(1) or (3). No person or insurer shall intentionally or knowingly refuse or fail to provide authorized agencies relevant information pursuant to KRS 304.20-160(2). No person or insurer shall fail to hold in confidence information required to be held in confidence by KRS 304.20-170. Effective: July 15, 1980 History: Created 1980 Ky.
