304.17A-745 KRS 304.17A-740 to 304.17A-743 not applicable to audits conducted pursuant to KRS Chapter 205. KRS 304.17A-740 to 304.17A-743 shall not apply to any audit conducted by or on behalf of a state agency or a Medicaid managed care organization pursuant to KRS Chapter 205.
