304.7-330 Investments of foreign insurers. The investments of a foreign or alien insurer shall be as permitted by the laws of its domicile if of a quality substantially equal to that required under this subtitle for domestic insurers. Effective: June 18, 1970 History: Created 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 301, subtit. 7, sec. 33, effective June 18, 1970.
