275.115 Registered office -- Registered agent. (Effective January 1, 2011) Each domestic limited liability company shall continuously maintain in this Commonwealth a registered office and a registered agent that comply with KRS 14A.4010. Effective: January 1, 2011 History: Repealed, reenacted, and amended 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 151, sec. 77, effective January 1, 2011. -- Created 1994 Ky. Acts ch. 389, sec. 23, effective July 15, 1994.
