261.240 Monthly reports of livestock received and sold. The owner or operator of each stockyard shall file with the department, at the beginning of each month, a sworn statement showing the exact number of livestock received and sold at that stockyards during the preceding month. Such statements shall be made on forms furnished by the department. Effective: June 17, 1954 History: Created 1954 Ky. Acts ch. 130, sec. 5, effective June 17, 1954.
