244.330 One bar allowed for each license -- Service bars. Only one (1) bar, counter or similar contrivance shall be permitted in any place under a single retail drink license, except that, in addition to the one (1) bar permitted by this section, any such licensed place may have necessary service bars, which shall not be in any room in which the members or guests or patrons of the place are invited or permitted to come.
