224.46-860 Operational report. The cabinet shall submit a report to the Legislative Research Commission on October 1 of each year regarding the status of a regional integrated waste treatment and disposal demonstration facility, including but not limited to: (1) The types and amounts of hazardous waste being treated and disposed of at the facility. (2) The percentages of wastes received at the facility that are recycled, treated, incinerated and landfilled. (3) The percentage of waste received from in-state generators as compared to out-ofstate generators. (4) Any changes in the projected operational life of the landfill.
