218A.1428 Manufacture of synthetic cannabinoid agonists or piperazines -Penalty. (1) (2) A person is guilty of synthetic cannabinoid agonists or piperazines manufacture when he or she knowingly manufactures synthetic cannabinoid agonists or piperazines. Synthetic cannabinoid agonists or piperazines manufacture is a Class A misdemeanor. Effective: April 13, 2010 History: Created 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 149, sec. 3, effective April 13, 2010.
