217B.580 Disposition of fees. All fees collected by the department from structural pest control operators for licensing and examinations shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of a revolving fund for the use of the department in enforcing the provisions of KRS 217B.515 to 217B.585 and for the expense of carrying out the duties and functions of the Pest Control Advisory Board. Effective: June 17, 1978 History: Created 1978 Ky. Acts ch. 81, sec. 17, effective June 17, 1978.
