206.990 Penalties. Any person who violates subsection (2) of KRS 206.080 shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars (0) nor more than three hundred dollars (0) for each offense. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 415b-16.
