206.060 Military record of applicant to be examined. Upon receipt of an application for pension properly executed, the cabinet shall cause the applicant's military record to be examined and a report thereon shall be filed with the application. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 415b-14.
