206.010 Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise: (1) "Cabinet" means Finance and Administration Cabinet. (2) "Pension" means the Confederate pension as set out in this chapter. History: Amended 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 74, Art. II, sec. 9(1). -- Created 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942.
