165A.410 Enforcement of law. The Attorney General may, at the request of the State Board for Proprietary Education or on his own motion, bring in a Circuit Court appropriate action for the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter. Any such action under this section may, at the discretion of the Attorney General, be brought either in the county in which the violation occurred or in the Franklin Circuit Court, or other appropriate court. Effective: July 15, 1982 History: Created 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 31, sec. 10, effective July 15, 1982.
