154.33-565 Negotiability of obligations of the corporation. Notwithstanding any of the provisions of KRS 154.33-501 to 154.33-585 or any recitals in any obligations issued under the provisions of KRS 154.33-501 to 154.33-585, all obligations and interest coupons appertaining thereto shall be and are hereby made negotiable instruments under the laws of this state, subject only to any applicable provisions for registration.
