154.24-151 Short title for KRS 154.24-010 to 154.24-150. KRS 154.24-010 to 154.24-150 shall be known as the Kentucky Jobs Development Act. Effective: July 15, 1996 History: Created 1996 Ky. Acts ch. 194, sec. 35, effective July 15, 1996.
