151.232 Participation in development of administrative regulations. When the cabinet develops administrative regulations for the protection of groundwater, the Agricultural Experiment Station and the Cooperative Extension Service of the University of Kentucky, the Division of Conservation within the cabinet, and representatives of production agriculture shall be given the opportunity to actively participate in the development of the administrative regulations.
