95.760 Oath of policemen. In cities of the fourth and fifth classes except cities of the fourth class which have adopted KRS 95.761 to 95.784, every member of the police force shall take an oath to faithfully perform the duties of his office, and that he possesses the required qualifications. In cities of the fourth class the oath shall also provide that he will not interfere in any election. History: Amended 1968 Ky. Acts ch. 152, sec. 74. -- Recodified 1942 Ky.
