92.810 Enforcement of collection of tax bills by cities of second through sixth class. In addition to those powers granted in this chapter for the collection of ad valorem taxes, any city of the second through the sixth class may enforce collection of any tax bill due it by the procedure authorized by the provisions of KRS 91.484 to 91.527, except the statute of limitations shall, in all cases, be that set forth in KRS 134.546.
