68.340 Repealed, 1978. Catchline at repeal: Budget records. History: Repealed 1978 Ky. Acts ch. 197, sec. 13, effective June 17, 1978; and amended ch. 155, sec. 63. -- Amended 1962 Ky. Acts ch. 25, sec. 9. -- Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. secs. 935, 1851c-7. Legislative Research Commission Note. This section was also amended by Acts 1978, ch. 155, § 63. The later repeal by Acts 1978, ch. 197, § 13 prevails.
