67.735 Appointment of deputy county judge/executive to serve during emergency. In any county where no deputy county judge/executive has been appointed by the county judge/executive upon June 18, 1970, then the county judge/executive of such county shall appoint a deputy county judge/executive for the purpose of preparing for such an emergency as is set forth in KRS 67.730.
