67.730 Inability of county judge/executive to serve during emergency. When the absence or disability of the duly-elected county judge/executive of any county shall prevent his serving in office during an emergency involving national and state defense, the duties of the county judge/executive shall be administered temporarily by the deputy county judge/executive, if one has been appointed by the county judge/executive and is actively serving as such.
