65.620 Title to property -- Tax exemptions. The title to all property acquired by the authority shall vest in the authority and all such property shall be exempt from taxation to the same extent as other property used for public purposes. All revenue of the authority shall also be exempt from taxation. History: Amended 1968 Ky. Acts ch. 118, sec. 9. -- Created 1964 Ky. Acts ch. 48, sec. 8.
