65.478 Consent of owner of subsurface rights to easement. A scenic easement shall not be transferred by the owners of property in which there are outstanding subsurface rights without the written consent of the owner of such subsurface rights. History: Created 1976 Ky. Acts ch. 123, sec. 10.
