65.337 Quorum -- Vote requirement. A majority of the voting members of the council constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business, but no business shall be transacted and no proposition carried unless a majority of the members votes for it. Effective: July 14, 1992 History: Created 1992 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 6, effective July 14, 1992.
