41.620 Application for linked deposit loan -- Effect of false statement. (1) (2) Applications for linked investments shall: (a) Be made on forms of the lending institution which includes a financial statement of the borrower; and (b) Be in accordance with all statutes and administrative regulations pertaining to the link deposit investment program, KRS 41.600 to 41.625. Any person who knowingly makes a false statement concerning an application for a linked investment loan shall be charged with the offense of issuing a false financial statement, and shall be subject to the penalty provided for the offense in KRS 411.070.
