41.280 Records to be kept by Treasurer. The Treasurer shall maintain the necessary records to exhibit accurately the Treasury's cash balance. The Finance and Administration Cabinet shall provide the Treasurer with accounting data that will accurately describe the Commonwealth's financial condition. The Treasurer shall keep a record of each depository, showing the amount deposited and the date, and the amount checked out and the date. History: Amended 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 74, Art.
