41.160 Payments to be made by Treasurer. No money shall be paid out of the Treasury except by the check of the Treasurer upon a state depository, or through the provisions of KRS 45A.655. Payments may be made direct by the Treasurer to the persons entitled to receive them, by mail or otherwise, or through the heads of the budget units which incurred the expenditures. Effective: July 15, 1998 History: Amended 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 118, sec. 7, effective July 15, 1998. -- Amended 1968 Ky. Acts ch. 119, sec. 7. -- Recodified 1942 Ky.
