41.150 Treasurer to accept warrants -- Payment -- Register of checks. (1) (2) The Treasurer shall accept the warrants drawn by the Finance and Administration Cabinet and issue his check on a state depository bank in payment therefor if there is sufficient money in the Treasury appropriated for that purpose. The Treasurer shall maintain a check register that shall show all checks issued, name of payee, date, and amount, and it shall be easily reconcilable to the warrants issued by the Finance and Administration Cabinet.
